Poster Design
F1 events are once in a lifetime for a lot of fans, so I set out to design posters that feel like souvenirs & something you’d want on your wall long after the race weekend is over. The idea was to capture the once in a life timeness through the individual identity of each Grand Prix.
I used the national or regional colours tied to each circuit, combined with big, bold typography and tightly cropped recognisable sections of the circuit. Those cropped shapes mean fans know exactly what track they’re looking at the second they see it.
Most F1 poster series in the market look almost identical, with only the track name changing. I wanted the opposite: a collection where every poster has its own personality.
Each one reflects the feel of the event, the culture, and the energy of that specific race, celebrating the individuality that makes each
GP special.
GP special.
The posters work as standalone pieces & are bold enough to sit proudly on their own, but they also work as a collectable series. Fans can build a wall of memories or keep just the one that means the most to them.
